To be fair, I worded it incorrectly. The majority of our customers are from Europe and we specialize in getting visas for anyone who wants to invest in the US. I was just seeking out ideas by making this post.
If you were an admin looking for ideas - great! There is no "getting visas for anyone who wants to invest in the US". The application process is pretty straight forward. Would you trust someone based on your post?
The people who try the green card lottery, would not be potential clients for an investment based immigration lawyer.
You are right. Probably I misunderstood the OP point. I thought it is about which European country has maximum people interested in immigrating to USA. Green Card Lottery people do start Business but at much lower scale, they will not qualify for investor-based Visa. Corporations like 7-Eleven lobby behind Green card Lottery as they look at them as potential investors for their Franchisee. I have seen 7-Eleven conducting seminar in Hotels for new Diversity Visa Lottery winners in America.
Only the wealthy ones and with connections do so. Most Ukrainians move to Russia and Poland these days.
Well, French and Russian Jews are high on the list of people from Europe that wish to move to the USA. Also, a lot of Israelis that were born in Europe have a strong desire to move to the USA too. It because there due to they feel its safe and the large choice in Jewish neighbourhoods to choose from.
However, Europeans, in general, do not really desire to move to the USA these days. Yet to the OP if you tend to target European born Jews you likely to get a larger amount of interest.

I find that to be untrue. Millions of professional Europeans would move to the US given the opportunity because wages in the US for professionals tend to be higher. Those in certain industries like tech especially need to be in the United States because Silicon Valley just doesn't exist anywhere else. Same goes for finance.

The firm you supposedly work for would be the first one to "get visas". All you can do is prep client. You are in the legal field and call them "customers"?
