According to this video by Robin H., there is not a distinctive Swiss French accent, but several distinctive Swiss French accents... depending on region of the country:

Robin H. says Geneva is surrounded by France and the accent is close to that of France's... virtually indistinguishable to my ear.

There is a distinct Belgian French accent, which is also quite similar to Northern French accent.



Both Belgian and Swiss French are also much closer to regular French than Québec is.
