They have great food whether you're into sea food, vegan or else and the cost is considerably lower than dining in Spain or Portugal. We all know that its history goes back even before Christ. People are more or less the same as Turks, meaning very friendly and helpful. They have music acts even in extreme genres like black metal. I saw some houses in Athens for sale on https://tranio.com/greece/attica/athens/apartments/ starting from 45.000€, apparently you don't even have to spend all your savings to own a place instead of renting.

Yes, I've never been to Greece before but it's on the list... I definitely loved mediterranean Turkey and I'm sure it's very similar.
