Is six feet and 222 lb. fat? I can't tell you, because it depends on the form the weight takes. If you're built like a running back and it's all muscle, then 222 is not fat. If you have muscle mass that would make your ideal weight 140, 170, 190, etc., then 222 is overweight. What's your pant size? That's at least a start on getting an idea of whether too much of the weight is fat. Also, take an honest look in the mirror.

Will girls not be attracted to you if you are in fact overweight? That might be more of a question for the relationships forum, but since this relates to fitness I'll take a stab at this question. I'd say it depends on the girl, and it depends on you and the total package you present, including personality. Truthfully, though, there probably will be some who would not be attracted to a guy who was overweight.

Since this is a fitness forum, though, I'll suggest that if your honest assessment is that you could stand to trim down a bit, it would be a good idea to do this for your health, and for a sense of well-being. As an added incentive, you may find that achieving fitness goals builds confidence, and the more confident you are, the more this will help in the girl department. Women find confidence sexy.

That seems high for 6'0".....

I don't think men that are a little overweight are unattractive. My husband could lose 15-20 pounds, but I think he looks great.

If you have a gut, you are fat. Go by that more so than pounds if you are going to workout. I think it looks terrible but I am being more honest than most. No one wants to look like the a-hole that will tell you the truth about that kinda thing. But my friend's wife (who is fat) can't stand it when he gets too skinny. He never really has a gut though, he is just wide and big.

If you are only 20 and asking this; its best to get it under control while its just a little puppy fat and not actually a serious problem for your health. Healthy goes over well in the dating world too.

I don't think so, as long as they are not obese. One really attractive girl from Colombia at my university was dating this chubby short guy from Guatemala. A skinny girl whom I think is really pretty has this chubby, scruffy long-distance boyfriend. A chubby (not really obese, just big, in terms of muscle and fat) young Spanish (where obesity is still rare) guy I met on a train from Granada to Algeciras was riding along with his girlfriend, who was very stunning. Your height and weight sound OK, but 6'1 222 lbs gives a BMI of 29.1, which, while not obese, is getting there. However, like another person on this thread said, it really depends on your muscle mass, etc.

I know this does not address the OP's question, but I actually think a little bit of extra body fat on my women is attractive. Not nearly enough to make them a "BBW", though. Besides being aesthetically attractive, it also shows they're not work-out freaks or only eat salads.

Are you physically fit or a couch potato? I don't mind a little extra weight on a man as log as he exercises and is fit. I care more that he take care of himself healthwise than his weight!
