Well I have been pretty consistent in doing the run and after the first couple times the 3 miles has become easy. However every time I have gone out it has been extremely hot and sometimes very muggy but I don't mind too much. I really feel great after a run and its actually been fun. I just make up a little playlist on my iPod before I go out... its been great!
Ultimately I won't be able to spare more than 1.5-2 hr/day for routine excercise so I will figure out a work around when I get to that point.
