lol @ the whole idea of internet bodybuilders that claim...

masturbating means lowering of testosterone, loss of muscle

and

weight training (especially those hard core squats nd deadlifts brahh !!) increases testosterone levels

THAT ACTUALLY MAKE ANY MEASURABLE DIFFERENCE

If anything, it could help. Reason? The foreplay part increases blood flow and testosterone output from the parts (although temporary, it is measurable). Any extra testosterone is probably the single best thing for increasing skeletal muscle mass. So, do it twice a day if its muscles you want.

Blindness and loss of vitality, however, have been disproven as a conseqence of that activity.

Believe me, it's not permanent. I was blind only from age 12 until 69. I just got my eyesight back at age 70.
