- How many push-ups/press-ups can you do? How often do you practice this? I can do 26 non-stop but a female friend of mine can do 60 non-stop

I'm going to start working on upper body conditioning next week.....

Right now, I'm struggling to do even one push up in good form. I've got some work to do I know.

Non stop, I can hit 25. Typically, when I am doing my sets, I do 3 sets of regular-stance pushups of 15 reps each, then I do 3 sets of 10 reps on wide-stance pushups. I suck at the diamond pushups though

I do, what I call, my MAGIC 100 routine (every other day). 50 pushups and 50 crunches/situps.

First I do 1 set of 10 pushups and the 10 crunches/situps (and vice versa until I hit 50 on both).

I like that. May have to incorporate that into my workout!
