I'm 25, 5'11 and about 187. My 34 in waist is starting to get a bit tight and I straight up refuse to buy new work pants to occupy my growing gut.
I work out during my lunch break and eat in my car 95% of the time. Therefore, I don't have access to a blender and many days I barely have enough time to change, workout, shower, and change back into my work clothes. Right now, I'm only taking multi-vit's and I would like to take something else. My prime goal is too lose 10-15 pounds which I know is more about my diet. My secondary goal is keeping as much strength and dropping the weight. I'm more about how many pull-ups and dips I can do rather than my max bench press weight.

Suggestions? Possibly more inexpensive ones...
If you're looking for pill-form supps then the animal line is the way to go.
but then you say inexpensive... well for weightloss I'd go for pyruvate pills
btw why do u need a blender for the powder supps? just use a shaker?
Another question is why you need supps to lose 10-15 lbs, unless your fat% is gonna get low(<10%) within the first 10 lbs, but in this case you'd probably be experienced enough to not be asking this question here...
I've had issues with powders before. I've been fine with protein powders but I don't need that now. I took some red stuff and it f'd up my kidneys. I'm weary about taking powders now. I just feel like I want to take something else to be fit. I'm not asking for more protein and whatnot, just more vitamins.
Whey protein isolate powders (NOW foods) mix well in shaker cups. It dissolves into liquid and doesn't get gummy. I use it and love it and it's well reviewed on bodybuilding sites as well.
There's not too many supplements out there that are going to help you trim your weight or cut body fat. The best remedey to acheive those two goals are is to increase your cardio exercise, and also to eat better. Cut-out as much fat and sugar as you can from your diet. If your lunches in your car are of the fast food variety, then you might wanna take a look at that, and instead opt for some healthy fruits and veggies or lean-meat sandwiches like turkey on whole wheat.
But, to answer your original question: GNP has a good Men's Sport multi-vitamin that will give you all the supps you need. Sadly, most of the weight-loss and power-boosting claims from pill-form supps are b.s. Acai is a good example of this; the only thing you can really expect from that stuff is maybe a slight, overall feeling of slightly increased stamina. Maybe.
But--there have been some good studies that show that taking Calcium & Vitamin D pills might help burn fat (for your growing gut) if they are used in conjunction with a good diet and cardio exercise.

Jesus, I know all this. I know about exercise and eating better. I'm going to change my diet. I was solely asking about pills and I get everything EXCEPT what I ask about until the second portion of your post. I'm good shape, I just don't want any stomach fat anymore. I got the top part of the 6 pack, just gotta bust to get the rest.
None of you take pills other than multi-vitamins? I seriously doubt that.
Be sure your diet is good first. All the exercise and supplements in the world will not undo bad diet. Let me get off my soapbox now and answer your question.
I would go with fish oil first. It has tons of health benefits and can be useful in weight loss. Then, try an ephedrine/caffeine combo. Ephedrine is sold OTC as Bronkaid. Caffeine is usually sold in 200mg pills. Take 1 ephedrine and 1 caffeine pill three times a day. Start with only one dose a day and work your way up to 3. Lots of energy and suppressed appetite. Good luck.

Weight loss pills just do not work. The GNC Mega Men Sport pills are awesome though.
If you feel that your 34" waist is growing even though you workout during your lunch, you need to either consider revamping whatever it is you are doing in your workout routine, or clean up your nutrition intake - OR DO BOTH. What are you doing for cardio?

Good post. The ECA stack is the only effective fat burning supplement to ever hit the market.
