Well, yeah. Probably. Horse and buggy is old school and works.

I just like using the easier alternative, the car.

Different strokes for different folks.

Lifting heavy and eating clean has gotten me better results.

I don't like doing 'bulk and cut' phases. It's possible to get bigger and maintain a desirable body fat percentage by eating clean.

I was even a vegetarian for two years and maintained good strength and gains, while eating extremely healthy.
