Your counts are WAY off.

I don't know what size croissant you're referring to but Sam's club *regular* croissant has 100 calories, 5 grams fat, 11 carbs, and a 100 mg sodium.

Sam's Club *large* (around 2.5 ounces each) croissant has 230 calories, 19 grams fat, 300 mg sodium, and 33 carbs.

That doesn't include the butter, if you chose to put butter on it.

The appropriate portion of pulled pork with BBQ sauce is 2 ounces. You had half a cup, which is more than twice the appropriate portion.

Were the eggs scrambled with butter and/or oil and/or fat of some kind in the pan? If they were, you're not accounting for that.

The lemonade, if you're drinking one full bottle, would be 13.5 ounces. And that is 190 calories, no fat at all, only 25 mg sodium, but a ridiculous 50 carbs - with 47 of those carbs directly from sugar.

I don't know where TJ is getting her info but according to CalorieCount (which tends to be pretty detailed and precise), she's off about a whole lot of other things than the two I pointed out above. Plus, her math is wrong - the "breakfast" (which in some countries would be considered dinner for 2) is 828 calories, not 728.

Here's the cole slaw, what she said it is:
1/4 cup coleslaw
Total Cal 24 Total Fat 0.8g Sodium 7mg Carb 3.7g

According to CalorieCount, 1/4 cup coleslaw has
Total Cal 49, Total Fat 3.7g, Sodium 89mg Carb 4.3g
No wonder she has hypertension. She's salting her way into a well-preserved grave.

You mean the insistence on "I'm eating healthy" even though she's eating tons of crap like ramen noodles and croissants? This girl needs to go on a water and vegetables diet for a month, bet she'd lose 50 pounds.

i loved her post where she went on a rant about how certain people have given her bad advice and she knows which advice was right and which was wrong. then she goes and has a breakfast consisting of 2 waffles with syrup, bacon and sausage and lemonade.

i have to thank RD for getting her to post up what she eats each day, its like watching a car crash in slow motion. its terrible but i just cant look away.

LOL. It really just baffles my mind!! I, you and a few others have given her GREAT advice, but she seems to ignore it. Then, you have a few others who say "Good job on what you are eating, keep up the good work" and she only seems to reply to them.

I mean, this chick may not like me, but she cannot refute the excellent advice I am giving her to help her out. All I can hope for is that while she may not comment, she is taking diligent notes and hopefully will start following the advice.

Her breakfast, lunch, dinner menus are beyond horrible.
