Hands down - water aerobics. I also love swimming and walking, too.

I really enjoy the spinning/cycling classes I take and the water aerobics
Do I love exercise? no lol would I rather be curled up with a good book ? yes but I love the results.
Would I go out and walk 3 miles every morning if I wasn't meeting Lou my walking buddy probably not.
I find I do much better in the group organized type of exercise, I find it a lot easier to go to the 1 hour class than to get on the elliptical.
They say it takes about 3 months from when you start working out till your "hooked" so lol I guess I have 2 more months to go

I second water aerobics. I also like to play sports for exercise. My favorites are volleyball, softball, and tennis.

Walking. For a decent pair of shoes, you can exercise anywhere or any time. And anyone can do it.
I also enjoy yoga, because not only does it increase strength and flexibility, but it also can be invigorating or calming, depending on what your needs are at the moment.

Pilates, elliptical and walking the dog (that counts, right? ) I tried a Turbo Kick class a few months ago at the gym, and it was really fun, too.

That's great! I like yoga, pilates, dancing, cycling you know all those excercise classes. (I'm a group X junkie) I've yet to branch off and do yoga practices on my own, but I'm working on it. I agree with Karla it's fun to take a class rather than hit the treadmill. 20 minutes seems like 60 on those things (for me at least)
And I like to lift weights too...so much that I forget to do it!
Question... for all you who like water aerobics, what is it you like about it? How do you like the instructors?

We have a great instructor who sadly is leaving this week,
I like it because not only is it a good workout but the water makes it seem as if your lighter on your feet. It doesn't seem as if your using a lot of resistance but you are.
Plus the fact that you are shoulder deep in water no one can see if your moving the wrong way
