I haven't worked out yet but I plan to go to kickboxing tonight and run a mile on the treadmill afterwards. I did go to salsa last night and danced 2 straight hours until I sweated my butt off!!

Did 1 hour of kickboxing last night and attempted to run a mile on the treadmill...only did 0.75 mile...I was pooped! Tonight is Toned Up bootcamp...a little bit of cardio and a lot of weightlifting.

5x5 deadlift at ~75% of 1RM

THEN

5 Rounds for time:
9 Deadlifts, 255lbs
21 Wall ball shots, 20lbs, 10ft target

Man, that sounds intense.

My workout today was Insanity Plyo Circuit. Shaun T is nice to look at, which distracts me when I am about to pass out!

I went to bootcamp tonight and was the only sucka there so my trainer killed me...lot of weight lifting, pushing weights and resistance belt running (not sure what this is called??). Plus me and the treadmill developed a love hate relationship this evening..love to hate it!
