I won't even touch this challenge...I've been struggling to lose the last 10-15lbs for a long time now. It's just not coming off and I'm not about to set myself up for failure.
Now if I doubled or trippled my thryoid meds it might work

You'd need to create a 35,000 calorie deficit for the week burning 5,000 calories more than you consume per day. You better keep running non-stop and eat some of Harry Potter's subtraction stew.

good idea.
a 10 pound drop in 7 days would be more of a fun challenge than an actual goal id like to do normally. ive never really tried to lose weight before. |
