According to my brother, my snack addiction is the reason I still have flab left in my tummy, though I'm weighing in the 150s range. I weighed 156 pounds this morning. I was at 172 or so at the end of May.

I also have my exact height this time. 5 9 and three quarters. I have increased doing weights lately, more than cardio, thanks to the recommendation of my new "gym friend".
You can combat it with doing what your gym friend said and counting calories. Low carb eliminates water retention and can appear that you are slimmer/leaner than you may really be. Try skipping 1 day a week of chips to start and build from there. I eat chips too. just not everyday.

um, he's speaking for himself and not talking about diabetes, nor was the OP.

if you were as active as the above you wouldn't have diabetes

you throwing in diabetes has nothing to do with it

Yo brah, I stuff myself before bed every night, and I still have a six pack. Just because your bruh has one, doesn't mean he is a fitness expert. Some people are naturally slim no matter what they eat, and others have a harder time with it.

On a side note, I hate when teenagers think they are ripped because they are 100 lbs and have a six pack. You have a six pack because you have no fat or muscle to cover your abs. It isn't because you're strong.
