OP - thanks for bringing this up. My husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. We are one of the lucky ones - he was able to have the Whipple operation and is now completing chemo.
His digestion (of course) is impaired. He takes Creon and lactaid.
The doctor wants him to resume exercising, starting with 3 days a week and working up to every other day. We were planning on drinking a protein drink after each session since he also needs to gain weight (he went from 210 to 135).
