Another awesome thing regarding weight training..muscle has memory! I am really thankful that I began lifting back in the '80's when I was a teenager..For the last 20 years, it has been really easy for me to maintain enough muscle on my body without having to do very much..
When I periodically get back into weight training, the muscle comes back very quickly, and that is because of the work that I did many, many moons ago.

I think she took her weight loss a little too far. She should put on another 5 lbs or so and actually look feminine again.
