I'm not trolling I REALLY want to know if he were on steroids. Why, I just dont see how someone could possibly gain this much muscle mass that fast. I need someone experienced people to correct me on this.
Here are some pictures after 1 year of "SOLID" weight lifting.

If he were clean are results like his possible without hundreds of grams of protein, more like 40 grams a day.

Heres the link.

You could never be sure if Photoshop is not involved...
He had already some muscles when he started in 2000. Now 11 years later, after LOTS of SOLID years of weight training.... yeah, I guess, its possible.

Second what elnina said.

He looked pretty big too at only 16, so genetics can play a role in it. It is possible to get that size naturally, but there's no way to confirm with just a picture.

I dont even want to get no where near his size!
The best picture I can show you of my goal is this one.

Weight Training Progress: 1 Year Progress

supposedly he started in early Jan of 2011. I want to get like the 3rd picture on the right hand side.
I know cardio played a big role in his results for he did it four time's a week.
Could you give me some cardio advice as in how can I tell i'm running to slow, not running long enough ect.
I can run a mile in under 10 mins ( I know it's terrible) if I push myself I can run a mile in about 8 1/2 mins (I know still slow)
Any thoughts on how I can progress as efficiently as possible?

if you are skinny cardio will slow you down...the biggest thing you need to do is eat a lot, like 4k calories a day. cardio just burns that away.

also that dude doesn't look that big...just low bodyfat so he looks ripped

4k calories is such a blanket statement. Not meant for all. 4k in calories, you're either eating tons of healthy food, or crap. If you're eating crap, you'll just end up putting on lots of fat.

Yeah, guess it depends on the person. Eating 4k of junk food at any weight, you'll gain something. Might not all be lean muscle mass though. I don't reckon that's something he wants. He'd be better off eating healthy and supplementing with protein shakes.

I was a vegetarian for two years and gained some weight, but cut a lot of fat..

let me tell ya, it is damn hard to get 4k calories of health food and protein shakes, I have been down that road. A little bit of high calorie junk is practically essential, if you are exercising enough it should work out alright. a dude with his metabolism probably wont be gaining too much fat either way.

Yeah that's fair enough. Especially if he's young, but definitely not a long term solution (You probably know this anyways)
