What brand of whey protein do you use?

if i wanted casein, id get it from musclefeast and id get the unflavored (primarily because it has a higher amount of protein per serving).

All Natural Micellar Casein

you could also get their whey isolate (i get NOW whey isolate as i think ive mentioend here).

if you want to add flavor, you can do it on your own. i throw in some skim milk powder, nestle quik and instant coffee.

i only use a protein drink pwo. its just the most convenient way to get it after the gym. i know we have all heard that pwo is when your body uses the protein most efficiently, so i just want to get the most out of my workout. do i know for sure that its more beneficial that way? not really. but i factor it into my daily calories and drink up.

I'm currently using a protein blend by GNC called AMP Amplified Mass XXX. Flavor is Cookies and Cream. I mix with water. Tastes very good.

One thing I also recommend, is getting something like this for mixing your protein shake:

These hand blenders work great at blending the protein shake right in your glass, and are easy to clean. Lots of companies make them.

To clean it, I just refill the glass with plain water, and put the blender back in it, and turn it on. It takes seconds, and is much less of a hassle to clean than a typical pitcher style blender.

I think it makes a big difference in the taste when the protein powder is fully blended with the liquid.
