The hands down best sports bra I have ever owned is the Under Armor bra that has the zip front. Amazing support and it does not flatten out the boobs at all. I bought them at Sports Authority. They are $55 but worth every penny.
I usually just wear a regular bra with no underwires or side stays for exercise. The sports bras really aren't comfortable if you're really large on top.
Here is a summary on all of the info I have received on supportive sports bras over the years
Bra sized sports bras offer a much better fit, especially if you are over about a DD. So I can't personally recommend Moving Comfort or Enell, but I have heard they are good.
I personally use Freya and Shock Absorber, which are bra sized and come in a range of types and impact levels. I also find them comfy.
Standard Sized Bra (32B-38DD or so): Try Target's Champion sports bras, Moving Comfort, Enell or Under Armour *
Full Bust (28DD-38H or so): Shock Absorber, Freya, Panache*
Full Figured (Over 36-46 band, varying cups): Lane Bryant, Elomi, Glamorise
Above a J: No clue
* Sizes up to about an F or maybe G tend to be available in stores. Larger sizes are rarely available at retail stores.

Try Shock absorber. These are comfortable and supportive. Comes in a good variety of sizes.
I'll go to Academy Sports and Outdoors tomorrow. They have several good brands to choose from, and according to the website, several "bigger sizes." I was thinking of getting bras with frontal zip but I don't know if it's resistant enough?
