Fit is subjective. Fit to do what? It's like, the Decathlon. Aren't they suppose to be the fittest person in the world? Because they can compete but rarely win or even place in olympic events. They mostly just compete with other decathlon competitors.

I'm not saying crossfitters aren't fit or in shape. But they are pretty much the best at exercising in with crossfit stuff. Would they be able to play sports? Football, basketball, soccer, hockey, tennis, swimming, gymnastics. So many things. They are fit, but "fittest in the world"? Based on what? Just because you can exercise a lot? Exercise is a sport now? Okay.

Whatever, this is totally off topic.

Strongmen competitors have more endurance--and are required too--than most (if not all) strength-sports competitors (more than CF even)...

That dude is juiced to the eyeballs. That's great, but he's a cheater and he's willing to destroy his body in order to get those types of results.

He is strong though.

Can you support your statement with some facts?

Never mind Del Boy, he always says the most off the wall things when it comes to exercising. To him, people should do only push ups, and anyone who is very strong, like the person in the OP, they must be on juice.

To answer your question, no, he will not have any thing to back his claim up, just as he does not have in any other post of his.

I don't have any proof that the pro body builders you see on magazines are on steroids but they are, and we all know it.

It is well known and plastered everywhere about body builders and steroids, along with plastic surgery.

Well, if you think HE is strong, let me introduce you to someone, I keep as life long example of human spirit over matter.

valantin dikul 450 squat 260 bench 460 deadlift - YouTube

BTW, he's wearing only desantnik shirt and regular tricot, no power suites and such. Pay attention to how naturally and easily he does lifts. You want to see something real funny then? Watch Ronny Coleman do 800 lb deadlift. Get the difference?

Thing about him is: he was a trapeze acrobat in circus. Fell and broke his back. L4-L5 complete fracture. Paralyzed him from the waste down. By passive movements of his legs in hospital bed, 24/7, after 2 years he managed to move his toes. In 5 years of rigorous exercise, he was standing and walking. Video you see, is AFTER recovery. MOF, he returned to circus and worked as a strong man acrobat this time, holding several world records in weight lifting or juggling, same time.

Dikul Circus Act - YouTube

Valentin Dikul. The strongest man on earth - YouTube

Valentin Dikul /
That's 166 lb each kettlebell and 88 lb balls.

Man became academician and runs musculosketletal recovery clinic under Moscow. People are carried in and walk out by themselves in about a year.

Oh, forgot to say. We did not have any steroids and all that back in that time. Guy's also natural.

That's not just strong. That's SPIRIT strong.

This has already been debated; he may be strong (for his age), but the videos are BS, anyone who lifts can tell those are fake weights.
