Hi everyone! So I am really desperate to loss these fats I have. Yes, I am doing my best to get rid of them like proper diet and regular exercise. I have followed some of the advices given to me in the other thread that I have made. But I just want to know if there are some way that can make my goal little faster? [Mod cut: no links from new members] You think it will help me? Please. Really need your advice.
It may not be the healthiest way, but if you ever need to cut weight talk to a wrestler(high school or college), body builder or cyclist. In order to be competitive in those sports you learn all of the tricks to cutting weight. Used to cut weight when I was racing bikes, it wasn't healthy but boy was I fast on a bike.
Your body was meant to hold on to a certain amount of body fat to stay in homeostasis.
You would be better served expending energy and your time seeing a good therapist who can help you learn to accept and love your body.
If you buy into, and heed, the low calorie bunch of crap being sold to you, you can pretty count on becoming obese. Severe calorie restriction is how people end up in yo-yo cycles, and BRS (body rebellion syndrome).
BRS is what takes place when a body is deprived of its operational needs/calories. It will "rebel" -and consequently switch into a hoarding and storing (every calorie) mode. This is also known as, "killing the metabolism".

1. You have only ONE liver and ONE set of kidneys. That goes for the "pharmaceutical" path. NONE of those is good for you.
2. #calories put in should be less than #calories spent. THEN you loose weight. That's as simple as that. No wisdom in the world ever beat it.
3. Drink less fluids. Water goes into fat tissue for storage in form of emulsion. Yes, it against what "everyone else" is telling you.
4. Any FAST weight loss is VERY likely to damage your body. Yes, THEY do it, and THEY will pay for it their price. Your body is your temple, and you should respect it. Be reasonable in your expectations.
5. Who told you Reubenesque women will not be in fashion in next year or two? They start running out of twig ideas, and fashion pendulum might just swing the opposite way. You can be "classic" type of woman body, and be HEALTHY. THAT is the only thing that really counts.
Drink less fluids? Never heard of that one.
Rubenesque women might be in style? No,HEALTHY is what's in style.
She didn't even mention her weight. She might be 120 pounds and 5ft 5in for all we know.
The post above the last one...I have never heard of body rebellion syndrome.
Once again, she never mentioned her weight...what if she or he is 300 lb and 5ft 5in?
Are you going to tell her or him to still talk to a therapist about accepting that body?
I could see if she or he was 175lb.
