No, a portable stepping device?
I've only taken a quick glance at the website. But many of the references (24 benefits) are for intensive training in general, NOT this device.
The science page does not provide links for clinical study on this device, and gives this general conclusion:
Already in 1977 there was conclusive research evidence that short intensive training produced a far greater training effect than mild aerobic exercise. The short intensive training, or anaerobic training, has been known as sprint training, short bout training, maximum velocity training, burst training, maximum effort interval training, etc. All of it a perfect match for the new Xiser® Trainer™.
It's probably cheaper and quieter than an elliptical in an apartment anyways!
