Yes I can touch my toes and even put my palms on the floor with my legs together without warming up. Even when I was out of shape I loved doing Pilates which helped me a great deal to maintain my flexibility.
If someone stays to committed to stretch a little everyday, their body should adapt and become more flexible, but consistency is the key! I'm working on retraining my body to do the splits and I'm slowly but surely getting there.

Yup. I can put my hands flat on the floor too and touch my heels also.
