Walked on the treadmill 30 minutes and did 20 minutes on the rowing machine. It's so boring I couldn't continue and left.

20 minutes of mixed jump rope to warm up (double unders, high knees, alternating legs, etc.)

This Crossfit workout with 35, 40, 45, and 50 pound dumbells

Finished with 20 minutes of double under jump rope

Afternoon with 1000 rep workout

Pullups
Body Squats
Pushups
Bicycle crunches (back n forth )
Pull-downs
Bench dips
Bicep curls barbell
Lateral raises
Weighted crunches
Calves raises standing

i generally do a 30-45 minute walk after dark. Much cooler and less dogs running around.

I did a little over one hour of weight training today. Deadlift, bench press and seated calf raises. Taking the next couple of days off.

Did squats his morning.

6 sets of 3 reps at 240 pounds.

Felt good on the depth and movement. I realized what a huge difference wearing 'squatting' shoes makes. Didn't wear them last time I squatted and felt and did terrible. Today felt great, made all sets/reps.

Also did 4 sets of military presses.

Only ran 5k & did pilates. Halfway through I decided I might as well run to the pilates studio and just take. So did that and then walked back.
