Just got back from an hour spin class at the student rec center on campus. I feel so good and alive right now. Really happy to have burned off stress from a horrendous week.

I've been building furniture, moving boxes, etc the last few days and was super sore this morning. So I did my bike ride, but on the shorter side of normal - about 13.5 miles. Back in the weight room tomorrow!

Did 5 sets of 5 reps in squats, 235 pounds.

I bought new shoes, the Reebok Crossfit Lifter 2.0.

I really like these shoes over the original Crossfit Lifter's because it's a little more flexible and comfortable.

Also did some chest work, 5 sets of cable flyes and 5 sets of chest press machine.

Just did some various bench press exercises today. Flat bench, incline bench and high incline bench.

More weights today: decline bench press, squats, curls, machine rows and seated calf raises.
