5 mins rowing machine
15 mins regular old boring exercise bike
15 mins elliptical - intervals
4 x 12 on 4 resistance machines for upper body
4 x 12 on cable/pulley ropes for triceps
Home:
4 x 12 on 11 routines with dumbbells
Missed it yesterday so also did lower body routines
4 x 10/12 each on:
pushups
triceps dips
lunges front with weights
lunges side with weights
squats with weights
calf raises with weights
3 thigh and butt routines with ankle weights
abs - 4 routines
bridge - 12 x 10 seconds each
planks - 4 x 20 seconds each
