65 minutes on elliptical. 945 calories burned, avg hr 152 bpm. Major ass-kick, but that's because I drank a six-pack last night. Hadn't done that in ages, and paid the price. Followed this with 6 sets of dumbbell curls topping out at 35 lbs.
