Full body depletion workout as usual. First day back after about a week's layoff.

On a side note, creatine is freaking awesome. Even after that week long layoff I only backslid on one exercise (rows) while I either added weight or volume to everything else. That would have never worked before, and I'm only on day 3 of a 5 day loading cycle.

I'll probably do yoga today. I went to the gym last night at 10:30 just so I wouldn't have to go today. Did arms, back, and 30 minutes on the stair machine (150 flights). I was pretty impressed with myself considering I'm typically getting ready to go to bed at that hour. I also planked twice at 3 minutes each.

Blew the dust off my altitude training mask and used that in my arm gauntlet workout, this morning.

I absolutely love this mask, and will be incorporating it full time in my workouts from here on out. This was the first time I used the mask while weightlifting, usually I wore it to run or during my flag football games.

Thankful that my one rest day of the week will be here, tomorrow.
