Well, I finally benched my bodyweight for 8 solid reps. First time ever .
Today was Abs and arms. Try this, anchor yourself upside down to a strong steel bar and try to bend and touch your knees. I did that 14 times and my abs feel GREAT .

Just curious, but are you trying to get into power-lifting or Olympic lifting? Your choice of lifts and status line made me wonder.
Honestly, I don't know; I'm just lifting things up and putting them down . I kind of tacked deadlifts onto lower-body days because my wimpy girl arms can't quite handle them on upper-body days yet. Feedback is always welcome, though.

I do the same thing, and would hardly classify myself as wimpy.
45 minutes of muay thai followed by 45 minutes of jiu jitsu.
