Well, I finally benched my bodyweight for 8 solid reps. First time ever .

Today was Abs and arms. Try this, anchor yourself upside down to a strong steel bar and try to bend and touch your knees. I did that 14 times and my abs feel GREAT .

Honestly, I don't know; I'm just lifting things up and putting them down . I kind of tacked deadlifts onto lower-body days because my wimpy girl arms can't quite handle them on upper-body days yet. Feedback is always welcome, though.

I do the same thing, and would hardly classify myself as wimpy.

Sprints: 10 @ 60 meters (95% intensity), followed by a 1 mile jog to cool down.

And now, I think I need to take the weekend off
