30 minutes on treadmill, walking, then running. Tomorrow will be an hour, sinus infection is kicking my butt. I feel better as always.

Today I napped, ate and drank beer. There may have been a little work, too, but I have been completely lazy today. It's been GREAT!

Back at it tomorrow.

Today was upper body day, so overhead press, dumbbell curls, hammer curls, chest press, incline press, dumbbell flyers, and dumbbell laterals. I also threw in leg extensions for the heck of it.

A quick 2.5 mile run to warm up and then strength training. protein. protein and beer for dinner.

An hour on the treadmill, walking and running. It's usually an hour for me everyday... which is easy now.
