I alternate deadlift and squat days. My rest period between those lifts is usually about 3 days. So, I probably deadlift once every 7-10 days. I don't follow a set program. The amount of weight I lift depends on how I feel that day. I do between 18 and 25 reps total on average.

300 push-ups (4 sets of 75)
300 squats (4 sets of 75)
80 hand stand push-ups/superman a (4 sets of 20)
80 dips (4 sets of 20)
5 minutes of abs (pikes, windshield wipers)
15 total minutes of jump rope

Sweet! You're impressive. That and the poster above you. Someone is ruining my sex and exercise dream from this morning though. Ha-ha! I just got done with my hour treadmill. Not too bad considering I just watched it collect dust for a couple of years until the last couple of months. Sheesh, I fly when I walk now. Grocery stores , you name it.
