Various back exercises during lunch break in the small company gym. Pullups, rows (both dumbbell and machine), pulldowns. Took me only 10 minutes and my back was fried.

Who says you need to spend hours in the gym.

:::falling behind again:::

Monday: "rest day" from running = 2 mile run on the TM and then another 1,500,000 squats and about 1,250,000 reverse triple dip lunges.... then other core stuff... abs and stuff.

Today: 5 miles... Intervals. Running is getting stronger and there is FINALLY some improvement!

Today was my legs and abs day so I did 10min on the elliptical then did about 8 different weight machines for legs (leg presses, calf raises, hip abduction, hip addiction, etc.) and did a few ab machines. I was at the gym for a little over an hour which felt great. I did 200lbs on the leg presses which was a huge accomplishment for me!

What a coldass run; bur!, Lol. Im here in Scottsdale AZ running and it was 34 degrees this morning heading out with just shorts and tshirt. I believe, that was the fastest 13 miles I ever ran (84.5 mins) anything slower i would freeze, Lol.

Res band clean press
Red band lat/front raises
100 superman push-ups (5 sets of 30)
4 sets of leg cranks (24 squats, 24 lunges, 24 split jacks, 12 jump squats with 1.5 minute to complete the set)
4 minutes of abs

Ole mister jump rope

No sprints or box jumps today... Leg cranks are gruesome

Yah, it's cold here too! Nah, I am staying inside tonight and doing my treadmill! 1 hour last night and one hour tonight. Last night, I had the incline, declined all the way. My shoulders are sore and I'm tired of running up mountains, dammmnit! Bravo on your bravery!

Thanks, Flute

Just a freak cold front that rolled in. The rest of the week/next week here in rural Phoenix should be around 75-80 high/ mid 50 lows (perfect). In a few months Ill be back home in Hawaii, and weather wouldn't be a factor.

Happy exercising
