Failed attempt at intervals today. Big fat F!! 6.25 miles - but the legs felt great after Sunday's run!!

Not much kind of burnt out after a long stretch of work and running. Did a half a mile walk and mile run to stretch the legs. Tomorrow looking forward to going to the gym that finished remodeling.

One hour treadmill yesterday and one hour treadmill today. I'm about ready to join a gym for some camaraderie, although I'm watching "The Fall" now. A psychopath, serial killer ( psychologist is the serial killer for crying out loud) short series. It looks like it might last the rest of the week when working out!
