Chest and shoulder exercises. Cable cross overs and cross unders, chest press machine, shoulder press machine, rear delt machine.

Yesterday was a super ugly 11 miles.
Today I had only 15 minutes, so I did "The 120s". I just made that up. ha!
120 reps of each:
tricep extensions
some shoulder thing of which I do not know the name
v-sit twists
leg raises
squats
and a 120-second wall squat.
I tried not to do much with legs after yesterday, and because I have intervals tomorrow. fun.

Awesome on the 'some shoulder thing'. That will help give you oomph when swinging the sledgehammer for me!

Anterior chain day...
Push-ups (plyo's)
Bench
Cable cross
Tri extension
To failure repeat 5 times (after first warm up set)
Then 15 40's bells out
Walk back to start, 15 dips, repeat
Cool down with 8 some odd minutes of synch'd jump rope (staying in cadence to requiem for a dream and counting stars is an m.fer!)
As an aside, I need to up my caloric intake again after my body fat test.
