Squats, lunges, deadlifts without weights, and walking on the treadmill. My left shoulder is severely injured and I am going to have a repeat shoulder surgery soon (I had the exact same surgery 8 years ago), so my doctor said no weight lifting with it

Squats, deadlifts, lunges, core exercises, overhead press, tri pull downs, 25 mins elliptical 11 mins treadmill. Sore :/

Pilates yesterday, 4 mile walk, and pilates today. My abs are getting amazing.

9.25 "run" in the hills yesterday. I end up having to walk quit a bit of the uphills, but slowly getting less and less. A few weeks ago when I started training in the hills I was averaging 17 - 20min/miles. Now I am down to 13 - 15.

5.75 miles on the elliptical. Spin and pilates in the morning. Saturday is the 5th Ave Mile and then yoga.

13.1 mile training run. Came in at 1:49:09 which is a PR for a half marathon for me.

My first half marathon race I ran over a month ago was derailed by my heart arrythmia so I walked 5+ miles of the race. Can I blame age for that? (I'm 56). I have another half on Oct 1st which if the heart leaves me alone should become my PR. But for now, today's run was very satisfying.
