Ran a local 10K. Finished in 43:38, a PR by over a minute. At 56 I'm OK with that time.

The 20lbs free weights

Alternated these until I was tired.

Today and tomorrow it's just walking. Got introduced to the machines at the new gym.

I see a gym right up the street from my job with the "Fireman's ropes.." I LOVE that workout, and would love to do it again.
