ran my first 5K ever last night and finished in 20:32. i don't even run that much.

Hit the gym today. Did 2 miles on the elliptical, then did some weights on the machines (3 sets of 8 reps each)- Weight was 50 lbs. on chest press, 40 lbs. on deltoid lift machine, 90 lbs. on tricep press machine, 90 lbs. on compound row machine, 25 lb. dumbbell curls for biceps, and leg press with a 45 lb. plate on each side.

Circuit training with deadlifts, military press, bent over barbell row, and dumbbell lunges. Then a 2 mile walk around the lake!
