Finished with barbell rows, lat pull downs, cable rows, machine rows, ab crunches and leg extensions.

Saturday - elliptical 30 mins, treadmill 10 mins, upper body work, leg press, lat pulldowns, crunches. Then ran home (1.5 mi), so cardio was an 1 hr. total.

Today - elliptical 30 mins, stepmill 10 mins, upper body work, crunches. trying to get rid of the vacation bloat..

Bench press, dumb bell bench press, bicep curls, lat pull downs, ab crunches and rear delt rows.
