Day 16 of my 30 day shred. I'm two days behind because of taking my cat to the vet, and my arm hurting like crazy, but today I felt a lot better so I did my shred I just took it easy on the arm exercises.

5-6 mile brisk walk.

Thigh challenge. Three days to go.

An hour long yoga class plus 20 minutes of walking and 15 minutes on the elliptical

This is the third day in a row I made it to yoga class! I am pleased with myself.

Hour of abs/glutes then an hour of Group Power (lifting, push ups, abs, legs, the full deal). Sore as heck, tired too.
