24 miles round trip bike commute. Got home, went on a 2 mile run - 8:02 pace. Already did like 10 min of sit-ups and push-ups, will probably do more later tonight.
30 mins elliptical and the stepmill. Weight workout wasn't up to par again. 3 hours of sleep and hormones can do that to you. Ugh. It's full on hot here in TX, makes me glad that I decided last year to lose weight. The hard work is reaping dividends this year - I'm feeling better physically and looking better too. Lugging around 60+ lbs in the heat ain't fun. I'm back to wearing two piece swimsuits again
