Made it to a yoga class this morning, then I went on the elliptical for 15 minutes and walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes. Catching up on my TV lol

Ran 10 miles at a slower 9:19/mile pace because it was 88 and muggy out.

70 minute run outside this morning, followed by 30 mins of yoga on my own. It was nice to get outside today

It's 18 miles and normally trail runs are slower paced than road. If you are concerned about that you should be really concerned about marathons
