I'm taking the day off - heavier day tomorrow w/ 2 hrs of fitness classes and a 4-6 mile run......might ride the bike to watch NFL games at a relatives house 4 miles away (8 round trip).
I did my regular cardio, and increased the resistance again (small increments).

Did a megaformer class today, and got in some walking to the rest of my weekend's outings.
Yesterday I didn't get a formal workout in, but I rode my bike to the football game for about 10 miles round trip! And I got in a good amount of walking getting to the our seats and my parking spot.
