Wow, couldn't even get through half of my planned workout 6 mile run....overly humid, started off too quick? Only has happened a couple of times, also probably need to eat before the workout.....felt hypoglycemic. Not happy.
sorry to hear - was that the event you were working your way up to?
Nope this was just progression to the year end goal of 100 miles in under 30 hours. I'm not really sure where things went wrong as far as nutrition and hydration I stuck to what I have been doing so it could just have been a bad day or possibly the heat. I live in Houston so we normally start our long runs 4:30-5:00 am but this race didn't start until 8 am so I was well into the heat of the day. I can hope for much cooler weather in late December but you never know
Actually look at the data to hit 100 miles in 30 hours you have 18 min mile pace, I was 4 min a mile better than that even with the walking
Swam for about 1500 yards broken up into 10 sets, combo of swimming, kicking, and pulling with pull bouie. Good to be back in the pool again after a years-long hiatus.
Cardio day. Ugh, my body is fatigued and we have horrible vog, BUT....
40 minutes cardio on elliptical, squat to military press and all abs. Did some stretches cause my body is really tight. 1.5 hours

Then I just lifted at the gym for 45 min and finished with 30 min of HIIT on the treadmill.
