one hour of modern dance/ballet improvisation at the large open studio at my local YMCA. It's the workout I look forward to the most and it's just me doing what I love to do and am good at. I usually have the studio to myself although occasionally there are onlookers walking around the track that runs the outside perimeter. of the dance floor I go full out and play with new moves and get totally lost in my music on my mp3, usually classical or instrumental.

Oh, and 30 minutes of walking outside on my breaks at work.

I just concluded the most perfunctory unenthusiastic workout in over a year :/ I saved myself from going over the diet cliff by not eating gobs of cookies and working out instead. About to eat my lovely dinner of Asian crockpot chicken with beans and rice and steamed broccoli when I'd rather dial up papa johns. Blargh. Lack of sleep and allergies does to a woman

I'm bust.

Did the standard strength training, but with DH so he had us do different exercises and corrected my form and stuff. I always have a better work out with him, but I am essentially worthless for the rest of the day.
