Completed a solid bench session at the gym, working up to 115 kg raw followed by accessory work. Would be nice to have a spotter to test what my current shirted 1rm is.

Treadmill hills x30m
8-count squat warm up, squats, leg extension, single legged squat SS step ups, stiff legged DL, calf raises, bridges, scorpion, back trainer
I had to take a ice bath (shower) tonight....I forgot how brutal this workout is...
Over the past 2 months, due to fatigue, I had to shelf the running shoes, so i started lifting weights again. This time around, I lift at a cardio pace vs lifting heavy in the past. Its not running, but the pace i lift gets my heart rate to running levels.
Light full body workout with 45 lbs plate immediately followed by a 2 hour wrestling practice. Have done much this week, so I felt pretty energized and was anxious to get it going.

Kettle bell swings between each set: TRX inverted rows, 1-arm KB rows, seated rows, lat pull downs, hammer curls, short rotations, bicycle 30s intervals.
ending with foam roller/SMR & ice bath....again...
