I lifted a cheeseburger into my mouth, followed by fries. I effortlessly consumed a single scoop of custard. #shakeshack #cheatday

what I'd give for a cool morning......we're stuck in the 80s-90s. Sometimes we get lucky in October here in Fl.....the running is drastically easier when the humidity goes down......pace times improve by a min/mile sometimes.

One hour modern dance/ballet improvisation in the large studio at the YMCA. Had a great session today, lots of movement and creativity. My pirouettes are slowly improving.

Two 15 minute walks on breaks at work.

Slower day today to rest and gear up for another insane day of dance class and weight lifting tomorrow.

4 mile run, getting a little less humid. Easier run. Negative split.

1.5 hour intermediate ballet class tonight.

40 minutes of weight lifting this early morning (focused on hamstrings, upper back, shoulders, glutes, and always abdominal/core work)

30 minutes of walking (on two breaks) at work throughout the day

Ballet and weight lifting on the same day, lol. I actually find that lifting weights and doing body weight resistance exercises makes me more limber and gives me more energy for dancing and work than a straight cardio workout. I tend to eat less also and my appetite is not ravenous.
