Nope all I will be doing is eating and hanging out with family. In fact all I've done this week is eat (sampling good southern cooking) and hang with family. I've probably gained ten lbs

I am going to go for a long walk on Thanksgiving after dinner since we are eating early 12PM. Today it's 83 here so I am definitely going for a walk in next 2 hours. Slow day at work everyone leaving already, take advantage of it and the weather.

Have a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving Everyone!

Can't rep some of you unfortunately great job everyone keep up the good work!

I don't have to worry too much about overeating at Thanksgiving since I already managed to burn the crust of the sweet potato pie I made ahead tonight. I basically ruined the pie, so had to call my Mom and tell her I will not be bringing dessert. Oh well. I'm the only vegetarian at my family get together so I bring my own dishes, and they are on the lighter side. As someone who battles an eating disorder, I struggle with eating around others and holidays are hard because my routine is disrupted and I am eating around others.

Exercise of course is my way of de stressing and dealing with tremendous anxiety I have going on inside right now, not only because of the holiday but work and other health related stuff. I have a strained relationship with my Mom and sister whom I will be visiting tomorrow, but it's still nice to visit them and take time away from my usual busy schedule and relax a little. My husband will be there, and friends of my Mom's whom I have not met. My exercise routine tommorow is going to be light, nothing too strenuous. I am VERY sore and fatigued today from lack of sleep and working my body too hard this week. Is it really only Wednesday lol?

Today I did my usual two fifteen minute brisk walks outside. I also did an hour of improvisational dance at the studio at the fitness center. I had little bursts of intense dancing and creative movement, but was too tired to go for longer than five minutes at a time with pauses in between.

Went to an 1.5 hour pre-turkey burn - combination of strength and cardio. My son came home for the holiday and went with me. Fun but now I'm tired!

damn if I didn't overeat - weighed myself this a.m. and was near a long time low, so hopefully todays dinner won't but a big dent in the numbers - might have to do extra workout tomorrow.
