50 mins of cardio, followed by triceps work (tri pulldowns and extensions using the rope), upright cable row, standing military press, leg press, lunges, incline bench press.
Thought I'd share this with some of the topic regulars here. I've posted a pic in the past in the dieting forum but I dug this one up tonight. And since the topics that are crowding the board lately are obesity/weight, here's a pic of me when I was over 220 lbs, size 18. At close to 33 BMI I was obese. Obese and pushing 40. The other pic is a more recent picture of me post-weight loss, at 42. Hard to believe that I finally got the weight off, and it was all due to exercise...and diet too, I won't lie. But it was the day I set foot in the gym that was the turning point in my life. And I haven't stopped since. I'm dealing with HBP and arthritis, and I'll continue dealing with those conditions, but at least I am not in line to get any more if I can help it.
An hour 30min on the bike. Not too windy today thankfully. Legs feel good. Doing more stretching afterwards.
