Strength day and did the 5 sets (cts of 12,10, 8, 6 and 12), abs and 20 mins of racquetball.

Did 40 minutes total on the elliptical, 10 min treadmill. Did leg press 155lbs, standing military press tried out 60 lb barbell this time 3 sets of 5 reps, cable bicep curl, lat pulldown 80 lbs, lunges (don't like doing them due to knee pain), tried out hamstring leg curl machine. Pretty sore tonight due to arthritis. I feel old today :/

two fitness classes - a power yoga and a group power (lots of lifting, barbells, dumbbells, pushups, crunches).....time for a nap

We just noticed that our military gym has classes for $2 each.

We will be adding them in the near future.

Finished with cable rows, reverse leg extensions, lat pull downs, and ab crunches.

Cardio, 20 elliptical, 15 mins bike, 5 mins stairs, tri's 5 sets, and a few abs.
