3hr15mins on the bike. Went out early and still baked from the heat. Oy. Gonna be a day of sofa now. lol

I did 2 sets of 30 push ups and 15 minutes of HIIT running in place at home 60 seconds on 60 off for 15 minutes.

I’ve worked out quite a bit just too busy to post about it. Got bogged down at work so no workout for me. I feel really bad when I don’t. Then I’ll be in Nola for the rest of the week so of course there will be gain. Oh well let the good times roll
